Search Documents Report

The Search Documents Report displays lists of Documents from the LinkScan database. See a definition of Documents and Links.

Use this report to perform ad hoc queries on a document-centric view of the database. For a link-centric query see the Search Links Report.

Usage

Use the checkboxes to select those fields that you want to display and the drop-down listboxes to control the sort and select options:

Hot Links: Add drill-down hyperlinks to the report (not searchable)
Status: Document status (e.g. 200)
Title: The title of the document
Size: The size of the document
Doc Weight: The maximum document weight in bytes (calculated from the document size plus one copy of each in-line image)
Doc Date: The date and time last modified (when available)
Mime Type: The Content-Type (MIME) type
Click Depth: The depth of the document in clicks
Owner: The document Owner
Documents Only: Display documents only
All File Types: Display all file types (including, for example, .gif and .jpg files)

Note that you may also select Documents that use (or do not use) specific types of tags (e.g. <FORM>, <FRAME>, <APPLET>). The special option BadTable will select those documents that have a mismatched number of <TABLE> and </TABLE> tags.
