Electronic Mail

Elsop sends e-mail to downloaders to provide them with the information necessary to install our products, to welcome them, and to survey them on the results of their evaluation of our products. We also send downloaders e-mail three or four times a year to announce major new releases of our products. If you prefer not to receive e-mail from Elsop in the future, please feel free to send us an e-mail to that effect as well, and we will do our best to honor your request. Cookies

Elsop does NOT use nor plan to use "cookie" technology on it's website.

Elsop does NOT use any third party tracking technology such as provided by DoubleClick.

Elsop's use of IP addresses

An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the Web. Web servers, the computers that serve up web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address.

Elsop collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to audit the use of our sites. When visitors request pages from Elsop's site, our server logs the visitors' IP addresses. Elsop's database tracks the traffic throughout our site. Elsop uses aggregate information from traffic patterns to customize our site.

Elsop uses information only on an aggregate level and does not normally track information about individuals. We do not share any individual information. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms of service or to protect our service, site, customers or others.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using this site, you signify your assent to the Elsop Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our sites. Elsop reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any modifications to this policy will be posted on our website at http://www.elsop.com/privacy.html. Your continued use of the Elsop sites following the posting of such modifications will mean you accept those changes.
